The food was great, but our server (Liz?) was absolutely terrible! She botched our drinks, failed to bring our appetizer until the main course was served, never refilled our water glasses or even inquired if we wanted additional drinks. For most of the meal, we were forced to rely upon other passing servers for anything we needed. Other tables were seated after us, served , and were gone, before our food even arrived. Even worse, the restaurant was practically empty - she might have had 2 tables! Additionally, although we enjoyed our food, the ambiance would be greatly improved if you simply turned DOWN. The music a bit. Most patrons come to enjoy food AND conversation - the entire experience!

We were looking for a seafood restaurant near the north entrance of DFW to stop at for food and drinks before a flight and found Hudson House. We really enjoyed everything about the place and will definitely be back again. Drinks were great! Food was great! Service was great! Highly recommend Hudson House.

Great experience at Hudson House - Las Colinas! Within my reservations I mentioned we had a small group of 5 meeting for dinner and drinks to discuss business. The outstanding staff took that into consideration and sat us in an adjacent room where it would be a little quieter. The appetizers (Dynamite Shrimp and Avocado Dip ) were delicious and cheeseburgers were to die for - cooked exactly as ordered. Thank you for your 5 star service!

Too much to type. But I will say our waiter was absolutely unprofessional. I was so upset when he told my friend that no one cared it was her birthday and no one wants to talk about it. You don’t know what someone has gone through to say something like that trying to be funny. She is a cancer survivor and that was tasteless.

Excellent food. I had the French chicken. It was very crowded though for a Tuesday afternoon. Reservations were made. We were seated right away. Everyone loved their meal and can’t wait to return.

We ordered drinks and they finally came - but very slowly. We split an entree. They forgot the fries and our second round of drinks.

We ate at Hudson House in the past once or twice and the food was good even though the menu is small. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service etc. We went there last this past week and atmosphere is still nice and service was good but the food was not good at all. We ordered chicken parm, fish tacos and one person got a burger. All below par quality. Not trying to be not nice but honest. Clean it up Hudson House.
