House Without A Key open nightly for dinner (reservations) and Sunset Cocktails (walk in basis) at our terrace with Hawaiian Entertainment.

Breakfast Buffet from 7:00am - 10:30am. Lunch from 11:30am - 4:00pm. Cocktails and Dinner from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

House Without A Key is a distinctive open-air restaurant providing more casual fare and nightly Hawaiian music. It’s Halekulani’s gathering spot for informal meals and our signature Mai Tai.

House Without A Key is happy to announce, The Waitiki 7 performing live in person May 24 & 25, 2024. One Show each day. This is a free show, Reservations are required, call 808.518.2019 to reserve your seats today. Food and Beverage offerings will be available for purchase. Show starts at 6:00pm both days. Guests are asked to arrive by 5:00pm.

Our experience began by them not having a reservation that we had made & confirmed on OpenTable over three weeks ago. They are trying to honor them so don’t make a reservation here. Go use Tok. They directed us to the bar to wait, but they do not transfer your bar tab to your table so you’ll have to close out so the timing is off there our bar server was very nice. The drinks a bit overrepresented & overpriced. Our main server also was very nice, however, the timing was very off which he attributed to the lack of help. The drinks were good but overrated for the price much more ice than drink…. we waited 40 minutes for our first drink at table , and they brought one out at a time rather than both so one of us had a drink and the other did not. The entertainment was supposed to last throughout the evening- it says on their website that the solo hula dancer starts at 8:15. She was done at 8:15. so was the music group…. This is a very hard to get into place and while it is very nice, it is surprising that it is that hard to get into- there were empty tables and it was great service but not superb service and there’s a difference. Hawaiian dinner roll served room temp. Butter was hard/cold so it did not melt. our appetizer trio of different fish was good, but they were salads. They were not worth the price, not in Hawaii where you can get a fantastic bowl for 1/2 the price The braise ribs were the best we’ve ever had on islands, however. We also had the local catch, which was good but again we had to wait longer than we should have… just two short staffed, the waiter did not check on us often enough we also would have ordered wine with our meal, but no one had time to offer it to us .

Very pricy. $24 Mai Tai's and limited menu with $60+ items. On our visit, there was rain, so the only seating was under a veranda, which was okay. But there was really no show. A three-piece Hawaiian band and one hula girl entertained, but from where we were seated, we couldn't see much of the hula. Sunset was a dud, too. No fault of the restaurant, but during the rainy season, I wouldn't recommend dining here, as the rain and clouds obscure the sunset. And the outdoor seating and beachside performance you see in all the advertisements and photos won't happen.

We had an excellent table with beautiful view of the sunset. Lovely meal and a great way to finish our holiday in Hawaii

What a wonderful restaurant to dine at while in Waikiki. There was live music playing, we were treated to some surprise fireworks from a next door hotel, our server was patient and kind, did not rush us and the food was outstanding. The ribs were so good - I would book another vacation just to have those again. Fantastic experience, higher end with a comfortable, easy-going style.

あ海とダイヤモンドベッドが一望でき素晴らしい景色をバックに美味しい料理と、素晴らしい綺麗なフラダンスを堪能出来ました。はフラを踊ってる方もとても綺麗ない方で、感度しました。
