I have the voodoo shrimp and it was SO GOOD, I have only ever been to the house of blues for concerts before, this was our first time for just dinner. I love HOB

Ray our waiter was outstanding and the vibe was great. Food was good and the service was fast.

Was some confusion with getting server at first(was sitting outside and waited 30 minutes for someone to come to our table) but let hostess know and they came over and apologized and offered a free appetizer for the wait. After that service was great, food was delicious and atmosphere was fun! Only issue was we could not pay with cash and receive change back, was told we could get our change back on a gift card. It upset a few members of my party to not be able to use cash to pay as they didn’t want a gift card because we don’t live in Cleveland and was there only for dinner and a concert.

Our server Monique was fantastic. She was fun, had a great personality and was extremely efficient. The band, Bridge the Gap 216, was amazing. Looking forward to next time.

Yikes. One hour to get a cocktail. ONE HOUR! I asked three different people what was happening and was told they were “checking on it” over and over again. Finally after an hour, I was given the cocktail and was told the bartender made it a long time ago, but another server accidentally grabbed it… which proves no one checked on it because that could have been resolved. I totally get it when it’s busy, you get backed up… but one hour for a cocktail, man. They also didn’t remove it from my bill. Food was meh.

Ray, our server, was beyond phenomenal! He was so kind, professional and down to earth. 100% will go back for his service as wait staff alone!

The food was great but what was even better was the service provided by Ray. He was very attentive, funny and overall entertaining. He did a great job all night.

We had great service and good food! Nice night out! I had a smash burger and fries and my husband had the jamealaya. We were both happy with our meals. Super service!
