                                                                            Load because of the live singer. If you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. Food was good. Service could be better. Bar was slow getting orders out.

                                                                            I know better for next time. The House of Blues "restaurant" is completely separated from the House of Blues concert venue (unlike the former location in West Hollywood), so there is no incentive to upgrade beyond your show ticket to eat there. I made a pre-show reservation, upon arrival was told to wait, had to reminded the hosts several times that I was still waiting while others who arrived after were seated. Ultimately I seated our party of two at a small bar table, getting the menus and silverware myself. Server arrived late, put in a drink order then did not come back. Manager took food order, which then arrived before drinks, so I got up and went to the bar and took the drinks back myself. Food was meh, basically bar food in a tourist trap themed mall restaurant. By the time we finished the restaurant was almost empty. Getting a check was not happening so again I got up and went to the manager and asked to find our bill and close us out. We were last to arrive in the actual concert venue, which was beyond mobbed to the point it was hard to even access the main floor. It was a learning experience, and should I ever see a show here again it will not include visiting the restaurant.

                                                                            Went to dine before a show. Food (ribs and southern chicken) was super dry and overcooked. Show venue is fantastic, but meal was lacking this time.

                                                                            I got the brisket sandwich with fries and it was delicious! I will say, the garlic aioli was very “quiet” on the sandwich and I almost wished I had gotten BBQ sauce for that extra mmph. That said, it was still very delicious! The fries were great too, and I got the Jalapeño Cornbread as an appetizer - it was fantastic. It comes with honey butter that’s so sweet, it counteracts the spice from the jalapeños great for anyone who can’t handle the heat! The service staff was great, the ambiance and environment was nice, I loved it! Plus I think the fast pass deal for concert goers who dine at the restaurant is A+ marketing/sales. 10/10 worth it!

                                                                            The shredded beef sandwich was good but a little dry. BBQ sauce had to be requested separately, which was odd.

                                                                            Live band playing a nice mix of genres, espresso martini was well made. Pulled pork fries were delish and well appointed with pulled pork. Spicy chicken entree was definitely spicy, didn’t care for the paper lined sheet pan though. I probably ate half of the paper as it disintegrated into the chicken juices.
