We were celebrating our engagement and they were so nice and accommodating to us! They even gave us a complimentary dessert! Amazing!

I booked a table for drinks for a small group of people. We are all over the age of 21, yet we were very rudely informed at the door that the venue was strictly for over 23s. I was asked what was I there for when I arrived at the door, was I there for food or drink. As I have never been to house before I presumed that it was a bar and restaurant, as that is what is advertised online. I was not too bothered however on what service we would receive as long as we would be guaranteed a good night in an exciting new venue. I was very rudely informed by the bouncer that I was only permitted to be there for food or drinks and then I was refused entry when I stated that I am there for food or drinks. I noticed my 20 year old friends sitting at the bar when I was at the door and I tried to state that my friends sitting at the bar inside were 20 years old but the bouncer did not care and refused us entry. If an online booking service is going to be available for drinks or food, it should be made clear that only one particular service will be provided at that specific time during the booking. Also If the booking is strictly for adults aged 23 and over, it should be stated when making the bookings, instead of being let down and disappointed at the door of the venue. I am incredibly disappointed with this service and my friends and I were just trying to find a new place to enjoy ourselves in limerick.

Our starters were cold and I feel it should have stated this on the menu. The portions were very small. Spring rolls needs to be changed to spring roll (1) served cold. The fire alarm went off twice with the smoke from the bbq and needless to say our coths smelled awful the next day from all the smoke. Service was excellent. Staff are lovely, friendly and chatty.

We arrived early for our reservation and we were so excited to finally get to dine here as we’d heard so much about it. On arrival we were left standing at the door no one greeted us. It was hard to know if we just took a seat ourselves or go to the bar or just wait? Two staff walked passed us ignoring the fact we were standing waiting. For a finish I had to stop a waitress who was going to pass us out that we had reserved a table and who do talk to she said take a seat at the bar and we would get seated for dinner shortly. We were seated in the Garden area it was lovely looking out at the water it was a beautiful Evening. There was a lot of parties dining around us so we did feel we had to shout to talk to each other. But we tried not to let that ruin our evening. Slow to take our order but after that it was fine service picked up as the meal went on I’m guessing because the place did empty out after our starters. Lovely decor and all that but would I go back yeah probably but I’ve had better experiences. I hate being left standing, ignored and not knowing what to do as no signs to say please wait to be seated or anything so it really annoys me especially when you’ve never been.
