Not great to start with.Sticky drinks list. Caipirinha very sub par sent back for another. At more than 13 euros a shot they should at least get it right. Prosecco not cold enough either. Food was decent though. Service very hit & miss. Maitre d' seemed stiff & stand-offish but a nice young tall waiter made up for it throughout the meal.Carpets down to toilets need a good cleaning/renewal. Strange 'Shining' vibe in the ladies' toilets themselves. Seems the place is trying hard to be upscale and trendy but not really hitting the mark. All decor and no substance. We wouldn't go back

Food arrived nearly cold. Service was poor and forgetting things like cutlery which we had to wait couple of minutes while to food wasnt served hot it added the factor that we started eating when it was cold. Service was more focused on drinks then food, not sure why, but you you go out for food the food should be no1. not drinks, drinks wont get cold, food does. Its a pitty since the food had actually been good in matter of the taste and structure, just wanst served at the right temperature, especailly for that money, it is rather one of the most expensive restaurants in Limerick and if that is the case you would expect the service to be top level which it wasnt. Drinks were good. food was to cold in short. In general I dont think I would return just because of that reason.

Food, service and drinks were all great, prompt service. However, we were in raised area behind the bar and it was a little chilly.

Cold food on all courses - very poor. Sent food back - still cold. Poor service - asking number of times for drinks before arrived.

Great Food and Cocktails. Real Buzzy Place. Nice ambiance. The service was excellent, especially from Damien, the Maitre D', and our Server, Nicole. We were celebrating a Wedding Anniversary and they really made us feel special. We will be back! Recommended.

I booked a table for drinks for a small group of people. We are all over the age of 21, yet we were very rudely informed at the door that the venue was strictly for over 23s. I was asked what was I there for when I arrived at the door, was I there for food or drink. As I have never been to house before I presumed that it was a bar and restaurant, as that is what is advertised online. I was not too bothered however on what service we would receive as long as we would be guaranteed a good night in an exciting new venue. I was very rudely informed by the bouncer that I was only permitted to be there for food or drinks and then I was refused entry when I stated that I am there for food or drinks. I noticed my 20 year old friends sitting at the bar when I was at the door and I tried to state that my friends sitting at the bar inside were 20 years old but the bouncer did not care and refused us entry. If an online booking service is going to be available for drinks or food, it should be made clear that only one particular service will be provided at that specific time during the booking. Also If the booking is strictly for adults aged 23 and over, it should be stated when making the bookings, instead of being let down and disappointed at the door of the venue. I am incredibly disappointed with this service and my friends and I were just trying to find a new place to enjoy ourselves in limerick.
