Sat outside. Had the best server. Potato soup was the highlight!

Very disappointing experience. The calamari appetizer took a very long time to arrive at our table and then it was badly overcooked. It was so bad we couldn't finish it. We mentioned it to our server and he said he would "make it right." My wife's ahi tuna appetizer (that was her meal) was so-so. The ahi tuna was over-seared. When the bill arrived, the calamari had not been deducted and our server never again acknowledged that it was not acceptable. We have never seen this restaurant as busy as it was. My assessment is that the staff was overwhelmed. We'll go back but it won't be for quite a while.

Green beans not done—-almost raw—-did take home and finish cooking

We had reservations right when they opened on sunday and got seated right away. We had a wonderful server Sheila and she couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us as we celebrated a friends retirement. Never felt rushed and never felt ignored.

Our experience was very pleasant...good food and great service. My husband had the burger special which was loaded with meat and cheese...very rich! I had my standby southwest chicken wrap which can always be counted on. Our server was very attentive and made sure to check on us frequently. Overall, a consistent experience like we expect at Houlihan's.

Service was great. Food was on point Got right in and got a table right away even though it was 6:00 on a Friday.
