The Scarlett, located in the lower lobby of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, pays homage to the storied past and captivating characters of the hotel’s history. Inspired by the tale of the ‘Lady in Red’ – the kind and gentle spirit of Jennie Pearl Cox, who is said to have on occasion, graced the halls of the Castle as far back as 1939. This speakeasy will highlight her story and others, with unique cocktails and light bites, and a side of ghostly glamour. Open weekly Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00 pm until late, must be 19 years of age to enter.

Step into the charming world of Kringle’s, the ultimate holiday bar pop-up nestled within the lower lobby walls of the iconic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Embrace the spirit of the season as patrons will indulge in festive cocktails and delectable fare, expertly crafted by the team of elves’ making spirits bright. Guests will be immersed in a wonderland of twinkling lights and cozy corners, as the jolly ambiance of Kringle’s invite guests to savour the magic of the holidays in style.
