Inspired by the classic romance and sophistication of Parisian soirées, this enchanting hideaway offers an intimate escape where kitschy chic meets modern indulgence. Savour handcrafted martinis and themed cocktails, delectable bites and sweet treats, that transport you to a sensuous and fun…je ne sais quois? Whether you’re toasting with a lover or enjoying a night out with friends, mon chéri promises an unforgettable evening of luxe ambiance, vintage vibes, and a dash of French flair. Très magnifique! Open weekly Thursday through Saturdays from 5:00pm until midnight, must be 19 years of age to enter. Parties of 7 or more, please contact HVC.Notch8@Fairmont.Com for reservations. Last call for food at 10:30pm, last call for drinks at 11:30pm. Reservations accepted until 10:00 pm, walk-in only after that. Last seating at 11:30pm.

We had a cute girly “galentines” planned. We had dinner elsewhere and came here for dessert & drinks, and honestly, Jinny made our experience. She was so cute & sweet at the door! She showed us to our table but also highlighted the beautiful ambience on the way (and the best places to take photos). She checked on us and asked how our drinks were, and also recommended her fav (which my best friend had and loved). It was a beautiful space for a cute photo-worthy drink, and we’re really happy we came! Thank you, Jinny, for elevating our experience!!

Definitely made for instagram/social media appeal. The atmosphere has potential to be pleasant but within an hour of being there we were surprised at the amount of flash photography inside, half the tables were conducting their own photoshoots. Front table was not organized and confused about reservations and waitlists. I had requested a booth and was given a high top in what felt like a hallway. Host was disingenuous about “trying to secure a booth” and that we’d be able to switch to one shortly but it did not happen. Only high point was our server who was very sweet and informative, suggested a great cocktail for me.

This experience was very disappointing. We were sat at a table in the middle of a hallway with very poor ambience and little decoration. My partner was staring at the kitchen door. The point was to feel immersed in Christmas decorations, and that was not the vibe at all. At the price of the drinks, this didn’t make me want to order more drinks, but leave faster. The food menu was very disappointing. It didn’t go with the drinks at all, so we didn’t order anything. This pop up seemed really poorly designed. Details were not accounted for.

The Christmastime High Tea was a lovely experience, the service and ambience were excellent. The food was very good and deceptively filling.

Bringing light and truth to the world for all to experience the ascension of the soul into the new creation free of controllers and instead connect with the new ascended light mind. The food and drinks were phenomena. Greatly recommended.

It's always a lovely experience, although I preferred the ballerinas to the elves walking around. The food was good, the scones are incredible as always, the service is great and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Took my parents and they really enjoyed it. You will not leave hungry!

Hostess was nice and welcoming. The ambiance was cute and cozy. Unfortunately our experience was horrendous. We were seated for 10 minutes and no one came to the table to even offer water. Finally when the server came to take our order only to further my disappointment that the cocktail was not available. When our drinks arrived he didn't even tell us what they were we had to guess the cocktails. Took one sip and didn't like the taste but no one came back to quality check so we just grab the bill, paid and left with 2 full drinks on the table whilst the server didn't even ask about the unfinished beverages. Wanted to take friends out for a lovely evening but ended up being terrible.
