We love this place we actually come here most of the time for dinner. Everyone I brought today table for 18 people said the place is great and food delicious.

I have been going to Richlands beffet for the past two years now. We love going there. The food is good and the staff are awesome. In fact my daughter used to work there. Now even my three and two years old love it when we take them there. Anytime I drive past, they will point at the hotel. I drive past every morning as I drop my kids off at school. I live just few blocks away. We love it. I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for family time and value for money to try them.

Excellent selection of food from the buffet. My husband is still going on about the best mashed potatoes he’s ever had! He’s Irish so he’s A good judge!!

The menu hasn’t been changed in years and is very boring. It isn’t value for money. Some dishes are plain and boring.

We had a party of 14 seniors at our table. The price for the "all you can eat" buffet for us was very good value. The range of foods was excellent, providing a huge range of dishes to cater for all tastes. My only criticism (and it isn't really a critism) is that the choice was too extensive. The staff were very genial and efficient. There was ample room for each of us at our table without feeling cramped. The Hotel Richlands gets the biggest thumbs up from me.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a lot of really yum food for entree/mains including a good selection of salads, delicious spare ribs, barramundi, roast meat and veges plus chips, nuggets, spring rolls, pizza, pasta and more. All the food is regularly replenished too. Dessert was mainly a large selection of cheesecake which I'm not a massive fan of but there was also profiteroles, fruit, chocolate mousse, pavlova and trifle so more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. It's always very busy whenever we go here so definitely book your table and don't expect a quiet dining experience as this place is popular for families and parties.

Usually is a great place to go for dinner with my son. Unfortunately tonight's experience was horrible. The food choices were not up to usual standard and wow the noise I couldn't even hear my son. Not happy with the experience this time

Always enjoy my time at Richlands Hotel. The service is just as good as the food. Richlands is our go to place for our family gatherings.
