With a focus on Victorian food and beverage, we take our guests on an exciting culinary journey. From the simplicity of a slice of locally made passionfruit sponge, through to the intricate plating of our 6 or 8 course degustation menus ($110/$140), we have a deliberate commitment to champion the artisans, farmers, makers and growers of our produce, our wines, beers and spirits.

Our Executive chef Jigs Liwanag brings his global experience, and an innate love for beautiful, honest, contemporary food to the plate. An extensive list of artisan, craft and small batch beverage compliments menus in both the restaurant, bar and cafe.

Loved our degustation dinner. Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful food. We were celebrating a birthday and extra special effort was made to help us to do. We will be back!

The Canberra is quite simply the best dining experience in Ballarat. The menu is always exquisitely curated with amazing dishes, matched superbly with interesting Victorian beers and wines. Having dined here on numerous occasions we have never been disappointed. Bravo boys 👏👏

Love this place. Owners and the crew are friendly and food quality always goid. It's one of my GOTO places in Ballarat.

Great breakfast. Some different interesting dishes which is great if you are sick of boring old bacon and eggs like me. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Ballarat so I’m surprised the place wasn’t packed!!!
