Service was extremely slow and servers had trouble covering diners due to the layout of the restaurant. This may have caused one of our entees to be lukewarm and overdone. On the plus side the Halibut was excellent and the outdoor setting was very attractive.

Stel je voor een restaurant op een dakterras waar je geweldige herinneringen hebt van 25 jaar geleden. Je reserveert bezoekt het en dan wordt alles verpest door de slechtste bediening ooit. Er kon net een goedenavond vanaf vriendelijk lachen was te veel en terwijl we nog van het best lekkere voorgerecht geniet komt het hoofdgerecht er al aan. Men wil dit letterlijk op tafel kwakken waarbij ik vraag of ze wellicht de borden van het voorgerecht kunnen weghalen. Met veel pijn en moeite werd gevraagd of het smaakte en het ijswater bijgevuld. Binnen letterlijk 55 minuten hadden we 2 gangen gegeten en betaald. Sfeer en beleving vind ik best belangrijk als ik ga uiteten, gelukkig was het uitzicht, achtergrondmuziek en eten lekker maar personeel kan je restaurant finaal verpesten. Dat heeft het voor ons echt gedaan dit personeel had 0 % zin om te werken of vriendelijk te zijn en zal ik als ik eigenaar zou zijn een goed gesprek mee hebben . Het was voor ons echt een diepe teleurstelling om na precies 25 jaar zo’n service te krijgen dit zijn we compleet niet gewend. Dus eten locatie ruim in orde bedienend personeel een dikke onvoldoende.

Our server went above and beyond! Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he was fast, friendly and on point, made our dinner amazing! We dined there on Oct 11th at about 5pm/6pm with a party of 12 , we sat all around and on the couch while a man played music for us! Amazing!
