It is no coincidence Famille Perrin is the leading organic wine grower of the Southern Rhône Valley where they occupy the regions best terroirs. Their values have given them a worldwide reputation for excellence: absolute respect for the soil, a commitment to manual methods + a deep belief that organic viticulture is the only way to express the true essence of the terroir. The combination of talents within the family ensures the continuation of their unique expertise. Nature + tradition are key to the Famille Perrin way + this approach has continued seamlessly over five generations.

We will start the evening off with passed appetizers into a 4-course dinner led by Pepe Raventós. Dynamic, energetic + a lover of the world of wine + viticulture, Pepe Raventós' association world of cava goes back to when he was young + spent his summers picking grapes at Sant Sadurní, where 21 generations of his family have lived since the end of the 15th century. Pepe has made Raventós i Blanc one of the best sparkling wines in the world, faithful to a unique estate, a specific climate + a method that pursues excellence with minimum human intervention.
