Our journey began with humble beginnings when my parents set out on a brave quest for a better life in a new country. Armed only with determination and a passion for authentic Cantonese food, they poured their hearts into creating the original Hong Kong Food Street, a cornerstone of traditional Cantonese cuisine in the heart of Houston Chinatown. Over the past two decades, it has evolved into a cherished local institution, woven into the collective memories of our community.
