I've visited Home several times in the past and was always impressed. However, after my recent visit, I won't be returning. The service and food were terrible. We started with a male server, and I asked him a specific dietary question about a dish. He said he would check with the kitchen. Fifteen minutes later, a female server came over to take our order. I mentioned we were waiting for a response from the male server. She replied, "He doesn't remember what you asked him. Do you want to ask me?" She could have simply said he was busy and to ask her instead. Admitting he didn’t remember what I asked was incredibly unprofessional. I ended up ordering something else. There were three of us. My salad dressing tasted like oil, and the chicken piccata was just boiled chicken with a little sear added. It was gross! The other salad lacked flavor as well. We never received refills or were asked how our food was. The restaurant was not busy; it was less than 3/4 occupied, and our reservation was at 4:45, which is hardly peak dinner time. Their chimichurri fries and mocktails were good.

The patio at Home is so peaceful and a perfect escape from the hustle of the City with the 100-year old trees shading the diners. Food is a perfect blend to the ambience.

Servers in particular were great and they ALWAYS are here, I don’t know how, but consistently the nicest and most above and beyond staff in town. We also have a toddler with us half the time and they’re all extremely adept at handling young kids in restaurants and all that comes with it. Great food, great atmosphere. Miss living in the neighborhood. Will go back as often as possible.

DJ was very attentive! His service was exceptional! Come to think of it, ever time I visit I get excellent customer service! Bravo to the management team!

I have been a patron of Home since 2007 and our family and friends have NEVER been disappointed! Excellent food , excellent service and the ambiance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the owner Aram was at the restaurant he would always make sure to greet and inquiry if everything was to our satisfaction. I do miss some of our past regular staff but not worry. Everyone else that provided is service deserves 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
