    My family and I visited this restaurant for the second time this afternoon and received poor customer service. When we finished our meal, our waitress, Iris, cleared the table, including our unfinished food that we intended to take home without asking us first. She even stacked dirty plates on top of the leftovers. When I pointed this out, she denied it and accused me of seeing things. Additionally, another waitress started cleaning and wiping the tables while we were still seated, which was very unprofessional and dismissing. We felt unwelcome and won't be returning. The floor manager and staff were way more attentive and friendly to foreigners. It's disappointing that Mandarin-speaking Chinese customers are treated differently, especially considering the 10% service charge added to the bill. On top of the subpar service, the food was mediocre at best. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money on greasy, low-quality food and poor service.

    It would be better atmosphere if there was air conditioning and the lighting was slightly brighter due to lack of natural sunlight from that back. Otherwise food is nice.

    Very poor. They over charged us for drinks. Service was very bad. The toilets were very dirty and the staff was rude when we asked the waitress for a glass of tap water she refused and insisted we drink from a bottle of £6 mineral water. Food tasted very salty and greasy..we wouldn't be going back. The downstairs area feels very cramped

    I booked a table for a Saturday lunchtime and this was easy to do on line. The variety of dim sum was impressive,we had 8 different ones,all excellent.My favourite was the siow lung bao. The fried noodles with roast duck was also very good although the portion size was smaller compared to other similar restaurants. The waitress was excellent and the food also came quickly after we had ordered. Price was at the top end but you get quality food here. Overall,great lunch and service. Would recommend highly.

    Little disappointed the dim sum finishes at 5pm but I didn’t know or would’ve visit the restaurant earlier. Overall, excellent food, customer service and experience. First time my son and I visit from Glasgow and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
