We ate the two fish specials, one salmon, one cod. Both were outstanding. The Ashley's ice cream with warm chocolate chip cookies was a special treat. This is one of the few places to find 1911 ciders. The maple bourbon barrel aged cider is fabulous. Our server Steve was entertaining and guided us to a great meal.

Comfortable, friendly, and good food. Tables are spaced apart allowing for private conversations. Our 2nd visit and we will return again. Outstanding gluten-free menu too!

We chose HOME based off reviews on Google. Service was slow but very friendly and helpful. Cheeseboard was very disappointing. Tiny pieces of waxy Halloumi, big cubes of Muenster and a tasty Gorgonzola. Six small toast points. Some pickled pepper strips that weren’t crisp or bright at all. A ramekin of tart blueberry chutney. Dinner arrives. ‘Gavadeel’ were not true cavatelli but rather a dry cavatelli shaped pasta. Hardly sauced. Sauce overpowered by olive juice. The pork cutlet was over fried in very old fry oil. I could not get the taste out of my mouth. Husbands coconut shrimp was literally black. Not dark brown…black! He could not cut it with a fork nor a knife. Again, old oil. My margarita was just ok. Found it odd the bartender put soda in it. The place is pleasant decor but definitely tired and a little run down. Lots of possibilities here but the kitchen and management need to roll up their sleeves big time.

Finally, a great neighborhood restaurant: good menu, adventurous dishes in addition to standard favorites; charming space; friendly, fast and efficient staff. Sadly, it's 20 minutes from our neighborhood!

I absolutely love Home! One of the best restaurants in Branford. Their menu is always so diverse and fun every time I go. Cannot wait to go back here again.

Food was just ok nothing special. The patty melt was overpowered with the cheese sauce which made it too rich. Even my granddaughter thought there was too much cheese sauce on the Nachos and cheese.The gluten free eggplant balls were the best part of the meal!

Best meal I’ve had at Home yet. Always a nice atmosphere in the living room section of the restaurant. The service was right on as usual.

$24 Hot Dog (delicious) with “small up charge” cup of odd tasting beef and broccoli soup was not the most welcome part of an otherwise pleasant Mother’s Day meal.
