Join us for a food and wine experience at CedarCreek Estate Winery, inspired by both our organically farmed estate-grown vineyards and by the beautiful natural elements that surround us. Enjoy 2 wine-paired courses(4 oz pours) created by Executive Chef Neil Taylor for $65 ($44 for food only). **Please advise of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance**
5 Course Platinum Library Experience

An immersive 5-course wine-paired experience built around our Platinum Collection of wines. This experience highlights some of the best wines produced at CedarCreek, thoughtfully paired with a locally-inspired, chef-curated menu and includes rare library-wine vintages for $185 per person. We do require all allergy information of the group at least 24 hours before your reservation. Our Chef's use these dietaries to create a single set-menu for the whole table. Guest's choosing not to partake in the wine portion of the experience will be charged $120 for the food only. All payments due at the restaurant upon completion of the experience. We look forward to hosting you!

Overall, we had a great experience. Although, no special gestures done despite knowing that we dined in for the birthday celebration of one of our family members. The pasta is not a great option for us and they are not flexible to join the table for a group more than 8 people. But otherwise all is great. Well done to the culinary team. Our waitress Aimee did a great job, she is friendly, professional and prompt. Thanks Home Block, we will certainly come back.

My new favourite place to eat in Kelowna. The servers are knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Every single dish is so delicious and fresh and we highly highly recommend. Thank you 😊

We have enjoyed meals at Home Block in the past. This time was a miss. Our table was next to the pick up point for the kitchen and it was very loud with shouting for service. Although I had made a reservation for 6 pm more than 2 weeks before, we could not sit outside. I believe one can sit at the bar and wait for the outside tables which is probably a better bet. The pork chop was delicious and so was the burrata. Cod was swimming in olive oil and not special. The service was disappointing. Rather rushed for making decisions and slightly patronizing when checking in for food: “of course everything is delicious” was her line. In addition, a different wait person asked my husband if she could take his plate while there was food on it and cutlery was not set to the side. We had each ordered an additional glass of a platinum wine upon arrival but no sooner had we been served those glasses, the glasses of wine for the first course came out and our tiny table was full of glasses. By dessert time, we were full and ready to go. Our server said she “needed to check with the manager” to see if we could skip dessert as it is a 3 course menu to be fair. Overall I would say there is not enough attention to creating a properly paced/relaxed experience with the kind of professional service one expects from this niche of restaurant.

Thank you for the feedback Jennifer, you can indeed wait for an outdoor table at the bar if you would like. For the best chance at getting an outdoor table, we would recommend booking between 5-30 or 8-830 when those tables would free up again. We only book indoor tables as a guarantee as 95% of our guests request outdoors and it is not possible to get everyone out there. We value the feedback you sent regarding your service and are actively working with and coaching your server that evening to make experiences better for all guests. HomeBlock is a beautiful restaurant with one of the prettiest patios I have eaten in. The food portions are very large but I find this plays against its concept of being a high end restaurant. The food isn’t bad, it just falls short from chef-driven standards which is what the selling point is on the menu. Price point wise it isn’t very high which makes it an ok cost-value exchange but I do find that the best value is the beautiful restaurant and views you get.

We enjoyed the library set menu and got a table out on the patio with an amazing view across the lake. The food was quite good, service was excellent. Wine pairings ok, I am not a fan of sweet wine to start ,would be cool if a selection of wines was offered. The Syrah with the steak was my favourite part of the meal. Overall 4/5.
