Holm is inspired by nature and our surroundings in the beautiful South West of England. We are driven by provenance, sustainability and warm hospitality. Our aim is to serve delicious food and drinks in a casual yet refined environment.

The food at Holm will be driven by the seasons, the environment and our locality in the beautiful Somerset countryside. We work with local farmers, growers, butchers, gamekeepers, fishermen and anyone who shares our love of exceptional ingredients, treated with care and respect.

Our wine list is focused, well-chosen and sensibly priced with low intervention, organic and biodynamic wines from small artisanal producers.

Join us on Fridays and Saturdays at HOLM Somerset where we will be exclusively serving our stunning Chef's Tasting Menu. With a focus on Somerset's finest quality products from local growers and farmers, our team will guide you through the seven course menu. There are options to accommodate for all dietary requirements as well as enhance your meal with a supplemental signature cheese plate and/or drinks pairings. Our drinks are exclusively small-estate British and European spirits and wines grown vintages, carefully selected to complement and enhance your evening. We look forward to welcoming you for what we promise to be a culinary experience to remember!

4 of us had dinner (and stayed) on our first visit to Holm. Loads of positives - service was excellent, with our main waitress (??Amy) absolutely outstanding. The wine list was very good (note there is a more comprehensive cellar list to the bar drinks list), and the 2 bottles we had were both beautiful, esp the 2018 Ably Brothers Grenache and Syrah (15.5% though!). We all had the chef's tasting menu, with 2 having the vegetarian version of same. This was good value, at £69 per head, and some of the courses were exceptional - the chicken liver parfait brioche amuse bouche, the gazpacho, torched mackerel, and the duck. Those having the vegetarian option seemed to have quite a large amount of dairy - 2 courses with ricotta as well as a clotted cream parfait, which meant that at least one of them enjoyed the meal rather less than those of us on the original option.

Salt fish beignets were delicious as was the trout mousse. Beef perfectly roasted pink and tender.The desserts were also lovely. The staff were all friendly knowledgeable and ready to help.

The chefs taster menu this evening was as delicious as it was diverse. The duck was exquisite, simply the best I’ve ever tasted. My partner, not a duck lover, had the courgette vegetarian option which she assured me was also excellent. My only negative would be that the tables for 2 were a little close together for private conversation. All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning very soon.

Superb food and service. Only negative is that the couples tables are too close together and so adjoining table conversations are intrusive.

Our first (and not last) visit. Excellent food, good range of options and service and 2/3 course lunch very good value.

We had a lovely meal to celebrate our daughter's A Level results. Fantastic food and wonderful service. Would highly recommend it.

Stunning food, incredible atmosphere and fantastic service. We have been to Holm a few times as it is such a treat for special occasions. We have never been let down and always enjoyed our time at Holm. The food is very impressive and an added bonus is the fresh vegetables from the Holm garden. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and food. Quite quiet for a Saturday evening, but thoroughly enjoyable. The chef's menu was well balanced, beautifully prepared and presented, and service had the balance of good knowledge and friendliness. Similarities with Osip in Bruton in style and content. Would highly recommend for any occasion.

Tasting menu was exceptional and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Delicious baked goods to take away for a mid-morning snack was a lovely touch too.
