Holly Hill is an exceptional restaurant for special occasions or for just a great dining experience. My wife and I were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary and my wife's 70th birthday. Graham, our waitstaff, greeted us, showed us to our table, and immediately poured us a glass of champagne. What a wonderful start to the evening! From the first course through the dessert, the meal was outstanding. Graham ended the night with giving us Happy Anniversary and Happy Birthday cards, both signed by the Holly Hill manager, chef, and all of the waitstaff. Thank you so much for making our special night SPECIAL.

Fantastic Brunch During Cassoulet Weekend! Absolutely outstanding! The meal was excellent, with every dish prepared to perfection. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail were top-notch. A truly memorable dining experience—can't wait to return!

This was the best experience! We went during the restaurants annual Cassoulet celebration and it was phenomenal. I also planned a surprise marriage proposal for my gf. The staff was amazing from the chef all the way down to the servers. She was caught completely off guard and it couldn't have been better. Our server Graham was amazing, attentive, and so friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a superior dining experience, a special occasion, or just treating yourself.

This year's cassoulet did not quite meet the standards of previous years. It would greatly improve the dish if it were served hot and the beans were better prepared. Additionally, sitting near the live music made conversation difficult, so perhaps a quieter seating area could enhance the overall experience.

This was our second time at Holly Hill. Our first was on our wedding night and our second was for our first wedding anniversary. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the hostess and taken to our table. We were then greeted by Alicia who remembered us from our first visit, she quickly made us feel as if we were at her home for dinner. The food was delicious and elegantly presented. We started with the chèvre, it did not disappoint, we were immediately reminded of why we wanted to come back. The rabbit paella was perfectly balanced with multiple layers of savory and earthy flavors. Every ingredient was cooked perfectly, from the rice to the escargot. Very impressed by the attention to detail and execution of a dish like that where if one individual ingredient is over or under cooked it can throw a whole dish off. Not at Holly Hill it was technically executed perfectly. The apple stack cake was the perfect way to end our dinning experience, hands down the best anything Apple we have ever had. The moisture of the cake, balance of the not overly sweet layers and a texture packed topping that brought it all together well done kitchen. All of the food as impressive as it was, was equally met with the same precision form the front of the house. Alicia and the rest of the team that we engaged with were always very professional and courteous. The constant flow of someone checking on us, filling water, giving us fresh silverware and clearing plates were always done right on time and never in an awkward engagement. If we didn’t live 5 states away we would be dinning at Holly Hill weekly. We are very grateful for Alicia and the culinary staff at Holly Hill who helped us celebrate our special evening once again.

A beautiful historic mansion setting with creative delicious food. Reasonable value for what you're getting.

As always the Holly Hill Inn delivered. We had people from out of town and wanted to take them somewhere uniquely Kentucky. Holly Hill is our "go to" for that purpose. Food was good, service was excellent. We will be back!

We celebrated our ten year anniversary with dinner and it was delightful! Everything tasted amazing and Alicia was great. We went with the wine pairings with dinner and they were perfect! They even gave us a card signed by the staff, which was a nice surprise.

Service was above and beyond. The meals were each unique and the blending was great. Portions were perfect, I left feeling no hunger and the meal (each component) complimented the next course. Ambiance was wonderful. No complaints. Thanks for a great meal!
