    The seating at the restaurant isn't the best, they look really comfortable until you sit down and then you feel like a child at a big table. The seats need to be higher or tables lower as they are not fit for purpose, OK for a cup of tea or a drink but not for eating. I ended uo having yo grab a small pillow from a bench just to help raise me up. The food itself was OK, not the best and seemed to be only one member if staff serving the majority of people. She looked rushed off her feet.

    The food was delicious however the service, while polite, friendly and welcoming, was extremely slow - taking almost an hour for us to receive our meals. It didn't seem to be particularly busy so unsure why it took so long.

    Very nice room and helpful and pleasant staff on reception.Had dinner in the Turkish restaurant and although it was very busy and had to wait a while for order to be taken all the staff were nice and made sure we had all we required and the the food was all very good.Tip book a table in advance.

    Once again, poor! My last visit was much improved on my first one so I thought I would try it a third time. Very slow service, massively overpriced wine, £10-75 for a glass of Turkish red! If I had wanted to eat rubber bands then I would have gone to Rymans. The calamari was inedible, the cannelloni over cooked to the point of being like sawdust. The restaurant manager was very pleasant pointing out a lack of staff and supervision in what was an incredibly overfull restaurant. There is an issue here: a captive clientele is no reason for poor food and service. Just go for it and provide the best! But then again, it could be assumed that you think these customers will never reappear. When I return in September I shall check in at 3 and go back into Manchester to eat.Very disappointing indeed. The appearance of many of your male staff also left a good deal to be desired: bed hair at six in the evening, grungy with ill fitting clothes which do not give a professional touch to the restaurant. I am sorry to be so negative but.... Richard McDowell

    Service was friendly and welcoming but woefully slow, poorly managed and organised rather than understaffed. Waited 20 minutes before the drinks we’d ordered arrived. Over half an hour for food, then flatbread starter came with main course. Food was well cooked, good flavours but nothing exceptional, pretty much average for hotel restaurant. Probably as good a it gets for restaurants at the airport.

    This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We need to come back again. Best hotel ever!

    Food was good and staff were pleasant but service was a bit slow - also it was incredibly noisy as a coach load of school kids had arrived for a buffet dinner - we all breathed a sigh of relief when they left

    I was seated straight away and given a menu. My red wine was brought over quickly and my Turkish flatbread starter arrived promptly. The waitress was attentive and my lamb main course was also brought quickly. For dessert I had chocolate brownie and ice cream. The food was delicious- the 3 course meal and glass of wine was £47 including the service charge. The atmosphere was very pleasant indeed. No complaints.

    This is one of the worst meal we have ever had. Ordered 2 starters. Falafel was very dry. Haloumi was bland. Main course of chicken shish and lamb. Small portions. Pitta bread and chicken were dry. Lamb was very fatty. When you pay £21 for a main course I don’t expect to be told to keep the cutlery that I used for my starters. When the waitress asked if everything was ok with the food we said no. Her reply was oh. Why bother asking! Then to add nearly £10 service charge onto a bad meal really topped it off. Asked for the bill and she brought it and said she would be back in 5 minutes to take payment. I said I’ll pay now and to knock off the service charge. Not a great start to our holiday. On a positive note. The hotel and room are lovely. Got to do better on the food which was dire!
