Within the Holiday Inn Manchester Airport located at Terminal 2 Manchester International Airport there are two exceptional dining options Firin and Open Lobby.

Firin, Modern Turkish Cuisine is a contemporary vision of the traditional Istanbul pide salon. The luxury interior is centered around the open theatre kitchen. The signature dish, Pide is a Turkish style pizza laden with fine ingredients. The core menu is complimented with authentic Ottoman dishes. Choose from a range of freshly made mezze and Turkish grills to fresh oven-baked pides and mouth-watering desserts. The carefully curated drinks menu compliments the modern Turkish menu.

Also available is the Open Lobby menu, offering laid back, all-day dining. Enjoy a light snack or a full meal from a menu created to suits all tastes. Our meal was lovely except the flatbread with meal was a bit hard & chewy apart from that it was great thank you

The food was excellent and I appreciated the care to cope with allergies. The food service was good , however the service from the bar was brusque and so slow that we finished eating and were ready to go before a glass of wine arrived.

Couldn’t fault the ambience, service of choice of food. Just a little on the pricey although probably the best of the near airport hotel restaurants

This is our second visit and I am glad that I had booked a table, as it was very full. Lots of potential diners had a long wait. The many staff were attentive most of the time, although we had to ask for our wine three times, and we were half way through our starter when it arrived. Food was cooked well- mezze starters and substantial main dishes. The place was clean and acoustically very noisy. Not sure about the automatic 12% service added to the bill, especially given our experience. However, this was a welcome start to our holiday and we would be happy to return.

Very nice start to our holiday stayed in hotel night before our flight and booked restaurant were we had a lovely meal and drinks

Service terrible between the bar and restaurant, wrong drinks , starter came and eaten before the drinks came so pathetic, waitress lovely
