We had a table of 8 people in the end paying a deposit of £40 (£5 each), this was not deducted from the meal in the end and only today realised so we was £40 down there already. The food service was terrible, they shouldn’t advertise all you can eat if they can’t keep up with the demand. I had 2 lots of plates in 3 hours, on my first order I had 8 pieces of chicken across 3 plates… they forgot my chips so then had to wait a full hour for my next lot of dishes. We were all fed up at this point of waiting and just wanted to leave. In total the bill came to £300 which is disgusting with how much food we actually got. They were giving us other peoples plates from other tables then taking them off us, our food was cold on occasion. The amount of food wouldn’t fill a baby and we ended up calling to McDonald’s on the way home. We obviously complained and for a sorry gesture they deducted £5 each off everyone’s bill which is absurd with how much we’ve paid. This was not worth the money and will not be returning.

Lovely meal, nice place. Advertising early bird menu, then told it is no longer an option when ordering despite advertising it on the menu we were reading!

Fez was our waiter and a great guy really helpful. The food was outstanding. We had the all you can eat. Service was quick and they came quickly to get the next dishes ready. The only reason for 4 stars on the ambiance was due to a child non stop crying and the parents did nothing to help the baby. Obviously not the staffs fault but it did detract from the occasion.

Food outstanding, but some work to be done on the service. I know the all you can eat menu has just been launched, but you only get 2 hours at your table and we didn’t get our first round of orders until 45 mins had already passed. This meant we could only order twice a maximum of 5 dishes each and none of the portions were particularly massive so some of our party were still left hungry. A complimentary percentage was knocked off the bill for some of the inconvenience which was nice as we didn’t ask for this. Won’t stop us from coming back as hopefully the service will get better.

I love having food here. The food is really tasty , service is good and the place overall is lovely to be at .

Really bad service, really disappointed… food was ok but the service made me not want to return. Food was served and they didn’t know what food they was delivering. Then when putting them on the tables they either slammed the dishes or made us pass them to the correct person.. some dishes was slid across the table..which made it very awkward. We was told we wasn’t allowed to order our children any kids meals and we needed to pay £15 for all you can eat… after arguing they allowed us to have the kids meal which was £6.95. We was told we wasn’t allowed our 2for1 cocktails at once and that we needed to ask when we was ready for the next one. Which was a farce as it took a long time to actually catch someone’s attention. It was a family meal for a birthday celebration and everyone seemed so heated and stressed with the service we received.. really upset that we chose this restaurant.

Arrived and our table wasn’t ready so we waited at the bar for 15 minutes trying to get served, bar was a joke, the staff were too busy serving table drinks so never actually got a drink. Showed to our table and then waited 1 hr 10 mins after ordering before our 1st food arrived. Food was nice but service is hectic with staff literally running around , not a relaxed place for a meal out. It has potential but probably better to go at non peak times as the restaurant can’t cope with full capacity. May give it another go but overall we were disappointed.
