Hobart's is named for Hobart F. Peters, Ph.D. who spent his career in animal research; a quest for the best in beef cattle production. The steaks served at the restaurant that bears his name are the finest anywhere. If Hobart was with us today, we’re certain he would agree.

The Bodega at Hobart's is an intimate room which comfortably seats 24 and can serve up to 30 guests. It is located in our cellar space below the main dining room. We offer a warm and inviting private atmosphere perfect for business or family and friends gatherings. With nearly 10 feet floor to ceiling one does not feel cramped or confined. AV needs can be accommodated.

Delicious meal...excellent service...would return...good pricing compared to thd keg and i love that they had 3 different sizes of ribeye..usually its 16oz which is way too big so i had the 10 oz.just right.Desserts were amazing.

Good service in a quiet part of the restaurant. My steak was excellent, but the eggplant that others had was disappointing .

We had the Chateaubriand and it was excellent, salad was great and the amuse bouche was delightful. As it was our birthday's that week, we had dessert on the house, which was excellent. Great service.

Beautiful little steakhouse! Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday and I was so pleased to see that they had vegetarian options as well so that I wasn't stuck eating a salad!! The service was phenomenal, definitely would recommend for a nice evening out!

We go quite often. It is smaller and quiet. A nice place for a group too. Quality steaks and fine dining. We like this better than the keg as you can have a nice conversation.

Had a lovely dinner - prime rib was delicious. We were too full for dessert, but could not resist sharing a couple between the four of us; they were both amazing! Would recommend to friends and will be back!
