The Hive Pavilion with wrap-around patio & a seasonal addition of the Top Marquee each offering far-reaching sea views and evening sunsets to each table.
Check in on arrival will be at the front desk in our main marquee. Please note at peak times there may be a slight delay on arrival for your table. Booked tables will be available for the time you have reserved, early access will not be permitted.

Great location and good food served by happy polite staff. Chairs a little uncomfortable every thing else was superb.

Had a lovely meal at Hive Beach cafe, perfect setting too. The staff were great and the menu was good too with plenty of choice, do bear in mind it is predominantly fish. Two of us had gurnard, new to us, absolutely delicious and another had the superb trout. Plenty of drinks available, lovely mocktails for those of us driving! Also great choice of dessert and cakes. Already booked to come again.

Great restaurant with outstanding view. Welcome great and led to our table by a lovely front of house member. Unfortunately our server was not so great. Had to ask twice to place our order (they were quite busy, so this is forgiven), food served by other really cheery staff. Food great. Table was cleared and we asked for the bill. Asked again 15 minutes later. After 30 minutes we got up and asked someone else to let us have the bill. We love coming to the Hive but it is a shame the experience is spoiled by poor attention to these details.

Perfect location on a sunny June day. Food was excellent and a chilled Hive cider to cool us down. Recommend booking a table. Visited on several occasions including breakfast. Superb every time

Excellent lunch in top marquee. Service was great - impressive given how busy they were. Food lovely and decent value.

The food and location are good, although expensive for what it is. However the service was poor and spoilt it for me. A long wait to be seated even though had booked and plenty of tables available. Our order then did not arrive. When I chased I was told that they had been very busy, but actually as I was sitting near the till I could hear the waitress being told by the manager that she had not processed our order correctly. When I paid I pointed this out but just got the very busy excuse again and nothing offered in way of apology

Absolutely spectacular food in a stunning location. I would 100% go back and would thoroughly recommend. The only slight disappointment was that when booking I mentioned it was a joint birthday celebration but that wasn’t referenced by any of the staff. This was a minor inconvenience for what was overall a beautiful lunch
