Hiro 88 is an upscale Pan-Asian restaurant group with locations in Omaha and Lincoln, NE. With the help of renowned architects like Japan’s Nakamura-san, we’ve created distinct atmospheres at each of our locations, each inspired by its surrounding neighborhood. The food was very good - the reason for the 3 star rating was the service/timing. Our initial drink order took 20 minutes— yet our appetizers came out in minutes. We didn’t want to order main courses immediately because we wanted to enjoy our drinks and apps before having our food show up. But when we did order our main dishes then it took 30 plus minutes. Our waitress was nice but she was covering too many tables.

My first time here! The ambiance is nice, food is decent, great drink list. Overall customer service wasn’t the best but I’ll give them another try.

Very busy night, but excellent food and the server was very knowledgeable and so polite! He had several dishes that he suggested and they were wonderful!

Food was great and the service was extremely caring and efficient. It was busy for valentine’s day and considering the busyness service was great. Love the ambiance.

Our server Alexis D was amazing! She was very timely and kind. We had two of the sakes, I really enjoyed the sparkling one. We had the crab Rangoon and shishito peppers for appetizers. Both were wonderful but the peppers were our favorite. For dinner we had the yellow jacket roll, husker roll, spicy California roll and wasabi stinger roll. 10/10! Would definitely recommend!

Our waitress last night was amazing. She was ok top.of everything on every table. Preemptively was able to.know what we needed. I overheard her talking with a table wanting to know if their Dirty Martini was dirty enough. She had an issue with their card reader. She didn't complain, she just said, "my apologies. I need to get a new pad, I will be right back". (Basically, she come with solutions not complain about issues)

Great service on a busy night. The food is always tasty and I’m in love with their spicy edamame. Highly recommend.
