The design of the restaurant is polished and vibrant. The menu is extensive and heavy. Flavors were good for seabass appetizer and raw oysters. The seabass app for $23 felt a little overpriced. The yellowtail trio was delicious but the plating was a little too creative. The yellowtail was plated with a mini boat, a 6 inch tall log and a little branch. The food would have been just as tasty with no props. The log made the food feel…cheaper. The service from host, manager and servers was all great and will probably return!

The sushi was amazing and the other appetizers and meals very good too. The service was ok - might still be working out the kinks. Tried to get a drink at bar while waiting for table and only two bartenders so very slow. Didn’t have espresso for espresso martinis. Our waiter was nice, but didn’t check in frequently and our water glasses weren’t filled or dishes cleared promptly. Was great that they didn’t rush us to order and allowed us to take our time. We’ll go back!

This is probably the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. From the ambience, to the weight staff, the time that they took the food to come out, the quality of food, and the presentation of the food… Everything was honestly phenomenal. Having only been open a few weeks they honestly outdid themselves. Despite the fact that this restaurant is in a shopping center, as soon as you walk in, you feel like you’re in New York City. I would HIGHLY recommend going here!!!

This place has amazing food. We lived in NYC for 15 years and are food snobs. I am Chinese and am particularly discerning about Asian food. Most Asian places here are subpar. This place is outstanding, and the food was delicious. The crispy tuna rice appetizer was better than the same famous dish at Nobu. The beef drunken noodle was super authentic. The nigiri was incredibly fresh. I loved the seafood miso soup. We also got the wagyu beef dumplings and Peking duck rolls- both amazing. My husband had the miso salmon - his plate was completely cleaned after he was done with it. The sencha tea was aromatic and fragrant. The service was prompt. I never write reviews but I had to for this restaurant. Go here! You won’t be disappointed!

It was my first time dinning at Hiramasa. Exceeded my expectations! Looking forward to going back. Would also LOVE to see a delivery option.

Food was excellent, but slow coming out of the kitchen. The service was not fast, but seems like they are working out some kinks from the first few days of being open. Will definitely be back the sushi was super fresh and delicious!
