If you're looking for good-value food and drink this will do fine. We were a group of 4 meeting for lunch, drinks and a chat and HF suited us perfectly. Some cheerful and efficient waiting staff made it a bit special too. The food was well presented and nice and hot, the drinks options were good too so nothing to complain about at all. If you are after fine-dining (with the prices that go with that) you will most likely be looking elsewhere.

Three hours for lunch was longer than expected. Very very very slow service. I think they forgot us. Got main course wrong for one of party, replacement came and chicken on bone came as strips of chicken, apologies were made and taken off the bill. Service was sufficiently poor that it is unlikely for us to return.

Exceptional starters and Sunday Roast. Very tasty and plentiful. Attentive and friendly staff Having been to in excess of 20 different restaurants this year, this is up there as one of the very best. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Food excellent- servers were lovely but need some further restaurant training. Not their fault- a management issue!

Beautiful place . Chose to sit outside as was super busy and was quieter ! But food is absolutely incredible every single time ! Amazing portion sizes too !!!

Staff are all very young and inexperienced, due to their age and lack of inexperience it makes them extremely rude and not know how to deal with customers. The food, was not as nice as the past. Previously I’d rate it a 7.5/10 going back a year, today it was most probably a 4/10. We all had a roast dinner, they forgot to add some items onto the roast, forgot a whole dinner and had to wait 20 minutes for it to be brought out so everyone ate apart from one person who was eating once we had all finished. They added on alcohol to our bill which we never ordered. The roast potatoes were not crispy, they were giant and soggy. Carrots were like rocks. Greasy yorkshires.

Really lovely roast chicken. Tasted like a home roast and 7 potatoes! Veg fresh and nice. Very good. Family near us had an ipad on really loud for thier child which was inconsiderate to say the least. Otherwise very good.
