Stopped in for early dinner around 5pm on Saturday the 29th June, I had the double burger and my wife had the grilled fish, both meals were excellent and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely visit again.

We were delightfully surprised at the quality and presentation of the food that was put in front of all 7 of us over 50s food lovers and avid cooks. The staff were excellent and attentive, especially considering how young they were obviously the Management train them and pick their staff very well and that goes without saying for the Cheffing team. They need to be kept and paid well to stay at HF and I think this place will thrive and really enjoy a lot of success. No doubt we will visit again when we’re in the area. Well done

Another great visit. All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was outstanding, as always! The Staff are always so friendly.

The food is amazing all the staff are really good me and my husband have been here 4 Sundays in a row for a roast because there that good!!! They even catered to a special dessert off menu.. really happy would defo recommend and go back in future!

Very nice. Food was nicer than it has been in the past. This was a special treat for some guests, and I'm glad it was here. The half of a lettuce dish did confuse the table, and wasn't mostly eaten, but enjoyable food nonetheless.

Everything was excellent - apart from the cauliflower cheese. The cauliflower was pretty much raw and it was inedible.

What a wonderful lunch we had. The menu was very good with a wide choice to suit tastes and budgets. The food was delicious and the staff very pleasant and allowed time between courses. Would highly recommend and we shall be back.

Sunday lunch was very good. The French Onion soup was as good as you would get in a pricy French Restaurant. The meal was well presented and of a very generous proportion. You wouldn't leave hungry after eating such a lunch! Excellent value for money
