Food wait was 45minutes. When it arrived most meals were cool , pigs on blankets pig and cold. Burger bun had chutney on specifically asked for none

Excellent Sunday lunch. Very good portion size and selection of vegetables which were cooked to perfection. Pricing reflects value for money. The staff were attentive without being overbearing.

It’s been a long time since I have had a pleasurable lunch in a pub, the food was beautiful and the service, beyond perfect!

The food was very good well cooked and served, pity we happened to be there when England were playing, the youngsters were very noisy, but otherwise good would go there again.

We received a warm welcome and were well looked after. There was a good choice of food including a lunch, specials and main menu

Stopped in for early dinner around 5pm on Saturday the 29th June, I had the double burger and my wife had the grilled fish, both meals were excellent and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely visit again.

We were delightfully surprised at the quality and presentation of the food that was put in front of all 7 of us over 50s food lovers and avid cooks. The staff were excellent and attentive, especially considering how young they were obviously the Management train them and pick their staff very well and that goes without saying for the Cheffing team. They need to be kept and paid well to stay at HF and I think this place will thrive and really enjoy a lot of success. No doubt we will visit again when we’re in the area. Well done

Another great visit. All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was outstanding, as always! The Staff are always so friendly.
