Incredible, every single aspects of this restaurant is amazing, the food is just beautiful, the vibe is chill and the price is just crazy for the location and quality. I would recommend to everyone.

I love their concept of converting their butcher shop into a restaurant; just like in the olden days. I was seriously impressed that they not only use local ingredients, but they age their beef themselves for an impressive 4 weeks. They also (unlike most British restaurants) cooked the steaks to our desired level instead of overdoing it regardless of how emphatic you are with the staff about what you want. The staff were absolute gems and very helpful in selecting our cuts of meat and good wines to go along with the meal.

Truly one of the best meals I have had in LDN of late. Lovely cosy ambiance, top-drawer produce, knowledgeable but friendly staff, deceptively sophisticated cooking, given the way the menu reads. Gutsy, hearty and not prissy at all, which are not qualities you often find in the current slightly self-conscious restaurant scene. Will come back!
