""We are specialized in Omakase, and we have Lunch and Dinner Omakase Course."" Dinner Omakase will be $ 245 and 19 dishes, and Lunch Omakase will be $185 and 16 dishes.

We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)

Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.

Please call us to make a reservation for a party of 5 or more.
A 18% gratuity may added for parties of 5 or more .

Food and service was amazing. We had the best time and laughed so much with the guys next to us and chef! We will definitely be back!

Omakase was amazing, the owner and chef really makes wonderfully curated dishes that please the palate with depth of flavors. This place deserves a Michelin star IMO after eating at some other omakase places that have ratings that don’t come close.

There is a reason why Hihimanu has a 5 star rating across the board. This is the second time I've dined at Hihimanu and thoroughly enjoyed it as much as the first time about 3 months prior. Chef-Owner Ray is an expertly skilled sushi chef and his omakase sushi is very creative. Everything served was delicious and artfully presented. The fish he serves are of highest quality flown in from Japan. Chef Ray is very entertaining and explains each sushi creation served. You will be spoiled once you've had sushi here. Well worth the price. Will definitely be back again soon.

The experience at Hihimanu Sushi with Chef Ray and team was hands down an experience you need to try, from the flavors of in house salts and sauces,presentation of each dish to the adventure of going outside most normal cuisine palettes to experience some wonderful seafood dishes. With a Omakase style menu, can’t wait for the next trip to the islands.

The best. Best place to eat. Best sushi ever. Worth every penny. We have done several times. It’s expensive so we save up for it. But every bit is exquisite.

If you are looking for an out of the box omakase dining experience, Hihimanu is it. It's not just the fish, or the uni, or the many other highest quality seasonal ingredients doing the work, it's Chef Ray's imagination of creating, layering and combining flavors and textures into some of the best bites you will ever have. To top it off, Chef Ray's personality and unique local style of engagement will envelop your evening into that of an unforgettable experience. Chef Ray and Hihimanu is next level sushi.

Owner was really friendly and funny guy. Large portions and great quality. Get there early if you wanna get a good seat. Owner does a little stand up during the experience. Overall would come back again
