At the apex of Dream Hollywood is TAO Group's newest dining and nightlife concept, The Highlight Room. The luxe 11,000-square-foot outdoor rooftop, lounge, pool and grill is set high above Hollywood with unparalleled aerial views of the famed Hollywood sign and the Los Angeles skyline. The Highlight Room’s chic, modern sundeck is the ideal destination to relax by the pool on plush loungers or in luxurious private cabanas, while enjoying a light menu and handcrafted refreshments. The restaurant serves guests signature drinks and freshly prepared Californian fare from breakfast until mid-day. At sundown, this Hollywood retreat opens its doors to the rooftop bar and lounge.

    Service and ambience were wonderful! Fun to see the iconic Hollywood sign in the backdrop during the golden hour while dining. Fabulous overall view of the city with outdoor air circulation. Food and cocktails were wonderful!

    I love the highlight room! The food, ambiance, and inviting atmosphere is AMAZING! The perfect place for dinner with friends. The roasted chicken was delicious and the view was a nice add-on!

    Nice place! The sun is BLAZING so don’t forget your sun glasses or you’ll be blinded for the most part lol. I sent in a special request for a birthday cake to come out and they didn’t do or say anything which was a bummer, but the food was good!

    The reason I am giving a poor rating is because my husband and I were roofied. Thank God we were there for a short time. We ordered an appetizer and one cocktail each. After we left, I started feeling overly relaxed, incapacitated, never felt like that before. It did not hit my husband as fast as it did to me but he felt the same when we got home. We then realized that our drinks were spiked. I don't know what would have happened if we would have stayed there longer and order another drink. I am horrified from the whole situation. My advise to anyone who goes to this place is to order your drinks at the bar and see for yourself what you are being served. We trusted our server, so we don't know how it happened.

    Booked a late reservation - they called to warn about the venues switch to a nightclub and that last call would be at 9:45. We were able to get seated early based on this. We waited a while to get orders placed and drinks took a while. My frose was quite melted when I got it. Our server was great! Food was delicious and we were able to get a second round of drinks in before closure. Booth seats were very low, uncomfortably so.
