We are thrilled to welcome Chef Shelby Fahrni of The Cooking Studio to our latest edition of High Street’s cooking classes. Shelby will lead a group of 15 guests through hands-on preparation of a 3-course Emilia-Romagna inspired dinner. The class will include a complementary nonalcoholic beverage, in-depth recipes and instructions, pasta making, insider tips and techniques, as well as a communal dinner party following the class. Join us as we come together around our shared love of pasta and what is sure to be a magical evening of learning, cooking and feasting!

We had a SUBLIME meal - burrata and green tomato pizza, crispy cod cheeks, and romaine Caesar. The pizza was life changing, impossibly thin but still crispy crust with bubbly burnt edges and wonderful toppings. The only bit of feedback I have is that the cod cheeks were a little tough. I’m sure it’s because they need to be fried long enough to achieve deep brown color. Maybe larger pieces or a touch less brown? But really we loved our meal in general and will be back! Also, our waiter was very charming - funny, helpful, and not disappointed when we didn’t order lots of courses. We appreciate that lack of pressure.

Food was very tasty and service was spot on. The space is lovely. The selection of music playing in the background made the experience even better!

We found the food at the restaurant underwhelming. There was too much sauce in every dish. The special oysters didn't seem fresh and lacked taste. The halibut was great, but the herbs didn't seem fresh or were perhaps overcooked. The pork chops contained a lot of fat. The heirloom tomato salad had an overwhelming amount of tasteless sauce.
