High Street Restaurant & Bar

Join us and fellow pizza enthusiasts as we take a deep dive into the process of making dough, shaping pies, and baking pizzas. Budding pizzaiolos will have the opportunity to create their own pizzas as well as learn first-hand from our expert instructors. Each class includes an assortment of welcome bites, hand-on demonstration in our bakery, and a communal pizza party in the dining room featuring your freshly baked pies and other High Street favorites. Each participant will also have the opportunity to put their knowledge to use at home with a take-home pizza kit! Wine, beer and other beverages will be available throughout the experience for an additional charge.

Enjoy a multi-course dinner with dishes that that blend the flavors of traditional Cantonese cooking with California ingredients and a midwestern sensibility. Each ticket includes a copy of the book, which will be signed on-site by Kristina herself!
