We had so much fun hanging with Liz Groethe at our Western Sizzlin' dinner, we decided to collaborate on another chain restaurant-inspired dinner — Olive Garden. We're calling it Scampi Garden. Liz Groethe, who ran the super popular pop-up Couch Cafe and trained with chefs such as Marc Vetri and Randy Rucker, will open Scampi this fall. Scampi Garden will be one of Liz’s final dinners before opening her new space! Menu details below.
