High Rail is a vibrant new bar and restaurant in Seaboard Station, downtown Raleigh, offering breathtaking views and a lively atmosphere. Our world-class cocktail program features handcrafted drinks using the freshest ingredients, expertly made by our talented bartenders. Our menu features refined New American style cuisine, to perfectly accompany the stunning views. High Rail is perfect for after work drinks, date night on the terrace, or a celebration with friends.

Please note, we have a small number of tables available for reservation, we save a majority of our tables for walk-in groups.

Very pretty setting, overlooking the lights of downtown Raleigh. And the bar ambience is great, very lively. My Airmail cocktail was first-rate , I’ll go back again for that. The light menu was good, they need to get their hot food to stay hot, but altogether a good place, fun to be in.

Great spot - better than the other hotel rooftop bar downtown 🤐. Cool atmosphere with a great view. Had a lot more character than I expected. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit subpar. Chicken kinda falling apart and there was way too much lettuce.

Our server was great, very nice and attentive. But service was so slow from both the bar and the kitchen. It was a Tuesday night, it wasn’t very busy so one would not have expected for service to be as slow as it was. Still, the food was amazing.l, the drinks were delicious and I would definitely return

I dined at High Rail on Sunday evening. The restaurant is nice and the views on the rooftop are even better. It did not seem like a busy night at all. Our waiter quickly came over after being seated and seemed pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed shareable Italian flatbread pizza. The cocktails were also very good. A moment of grace and French75 was delicious and well balanced with alcohol. I had the hanger steak and that was extremely flavorful. Almost too much seasoning for my palate. The fries that came with my steak weren't fresh. All of my food except for the pizza shareable was room temperature and the fries were cold and not fresh. I expressed this to the waiter about the fries. My waiter acknowledged this and offered to get me more but I declined (respectfully). It is surprising to fail at fries. Very easy to get fries right. I feel there should've been some deduction for the fries that I didn't get to enjoy and asked to remove from the table. I want to add that the brownie served with ice cream is delicious but the brownie was very cold. The waiter implied the brownie came out of the oven fresh. No warmth on the dish at all. The waiter seemed unaware to say the brownie was cooked fresh. It tasted as if it came straight out the freezer along with the ice cream. I do recommend High Rail as a new hotspot for cocktails - the cocktails were solid. I look forward to coming back even if it's just for cocktails, pesto pasta, or a burger. The individual I dined with loved the pesto pasta with added chicken and shrimp.

No Parking, need to work on that. More signage also needed as you come off the elevator so you are clear on where to go

We stayed at the hotel and went to High Rail for dinner and drinks. It’s an unbelievably loud environment. And we usually like a louder and lively atmosphere. The service was brutal. Our waiter was clearly over tasked. She ignored us to the point we thought it was funny. The cocktails are all super sweet and lack imagination. The food came out cold and 1 of the 4 items we bought was tasty. It took 1:45 mins get our food. Maybe it’s because it’s newly opened but until they work out the kinks, I would go else where.

Great experience for my wifes birthday! Ambiance is top-notch, food was amazing and service too! Thank you for the hospitality! We plan on coming back!
