The High Note Sky Bar is a full-service, lushly landscaped rooftop garden which was named as one of the Top 10 Best Rooftop Bars in the World by Condé Nast Traveller in 2018. The sky bar offers fine-drinking cocktails, an exciting bar food selection and an extensive wine list, all while granting a breathtaking view of Budapest and a front-row ticket to St. Stephen’s Basilica.

Overpriced drinks ($15+) with limited city view (not was described by other reviews) except St Stephens Cathedral next door.

I ordered the beef tenderloin but they said I cannot have it medium rare. Only medium. So I ordered medium and the steak was a little tough.

Our dear guest Thank you for your opinion and comment. Regarding the steak, the concept is that before it goes on the griddle, the meat is prepared sous vide with the appropriate spices to a medium rare state, with a core temperature of about 55-57°C. Thanks to this technology, all valuable flavors remain in the Sous Vide vacuum bag. After opening, our colleagues "regenerate" the meat and prepare it to the right temperature on the griddle. Because the meat is already prepared for a Medim Rare-Medium, so after a quick "crusting", even the rawest way can only be a nice red but not bloody medium steak. Overrated and over priced!!! £37 for 2 cocktails and a bar snack which consisted of two dices of sour dough bread a handful of meat and a couple of very small sliced tomato’s and 5 olives! Definitely would not return! Many other good bars in Budapest!

Regarding our prices, if you look at the location of the place and the fact that they are made from quality ingredients and by qualified colleagues, they are in line with the prices of similar 5-star bars. On our menu, we offer several types of food, which you ordered based on the description, one of those Aria bites, which, as the name suggests, are made, just snacks with drinks. Remarkable place from which the heart of the city of Budapest can be admired. The service proposed is very professional and friendly. There’s a real knowledge about cocktails preparation and the final result is very good. The cuisine as well is refined and tastes fantastic.

Great experience and beautiful setting by the Basilica, however the food and the cocktails were average.

I m sorry but the lady who welcomed us was really arrogant when asking for a table inside cause of really hot weather she answered in a really non satisfying way as if we all know its summer but clients should be treated respectfully and she shouldnt said nothing we just took 2 cocktails and went out straight away was not pleased at all i was expecting more nice people I might say that for such a very nice place unfortunately budapest people are not so welcome never again

We did not eat but booked a table outside but they did not have one despite booking a month in advance Inside is terrible Too many staff not knowing what to do Also it is not a Sky Bar there is very little view even if we were outside

Trotz freier Tische auf der Terasse wurde uns auf Fragen ob wir draussen sitzen könnten dieses verneint es ist alles reserviert. Wir sind eine Stunde im inneren gesessen und die Tische waren noch immer frei. Schade, Personal war nicht sehr freundlich.

A stunning venue. The range of drinks was less than I expected and they were expensive. I would return and I recommend this venue.
