Felt so unwelcome due to my allergy. Almost had to leave when they said we may not accommodate. The food I had was fine (though the 'sushi rice' was not properly prepared at all). Allergy safe options were incredibly limited. Assuming they make everything fresh, it shouldn't be that hard. Even if it's hard for them, they shouldn't let me know it's an inconvenience or a problem. It's not my fault I have an allergy. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Husband really enjoyed his food but I had a hard time getting past the unwelcome attitude.

Food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and her recommendations were definitely on point. Next Puerto Rico visit this will be a stop for sure.

A superlative experience. Food is that beautiful Peruvian mashup of Japanese/South American flavors, and then this chef elevates it through artistic presentation and some unexpected creative approaches. We highly recommend the cocktails to accompany the food - they soar above mixology and intentionally blend ingredients from the kitchen with inventive bar fusion, and really add to the experience. This would have been a five star review just for the food and cocktails. But it didn't stop there. The service provides a warm, extravagant welcome that seals the memories of this place. Our main server was so much fun and so knowledgeable, we let her pick all of our dishes, and we nicknamed her "The Chairman." Chef hung out in the corners, watching peoples' reactions to see how every dish landed. All of the runners knew tons of info about the food, and were part of the experience. Chef visited every table, and we loved hearing about how he'd designed the experience so that dining captures the memories of being together. He and the team really understand why people choose to go to dinner and made the occasion truly unique and special. As a customer, I could feel the intention in every bite and every experience. Truly execeptional - oh, and did I mention that compared to big city prices in the states, the dinner check was a steal? Unbelievable value for an experience we will remember forever. Big thanks to the Chef and team and especially The Chairman!!

Liked the experience; we tried many of the courses. Liked best Tiradito Nikkei, Ceviche and Conchas negras.
