Food was good, but service was slow enough that I am taking the time to comment on it. Only time I saw our waitress was when I flagged her down. Almost non existent wine choices.

Had a great lunch with 2 friends on the outdoor patio. We split an order of the wings with Honey Habanero Sauce which had just the right amount of heat with the sweet glaze. I had the burger with cheese which was a fresh made patty and tasted juicy. The side of fries were crispy and hot. My friends had the pulled pork torta and the smoked ribs. My friend said the side of green chili with the torta was some the best he had. My other friend could finish the large order of ribs and happily took the rest home for dinner. The service was good and we agreed it was the best place on the Pearl Street mall in Boulder for a late summer lunch.

Fantastic! The cauliflower, hippie hummus, and lions mane sandwich were incredible! Thank you for the amazing vegan options. My husband, not vegan, loved the brisket sandwich. Please don’t change a thing!!!

Service needs help, saw the receptionist who sat us more coming to our table. They should never take the tip (cash) off the table while we are still sitting and left the signed credit card bill on the table. Food was okay.

For the price I didn’t feel the food was good enough. It’s a rather common menu, but for quite a bit more. The drinks were good. Salad’s vinaigrette was unbalanced with with too much acid. Buffalo wings just had heat and no sweetness. Burger was decent. Not celiac safe.

Really enjoyed our dinner at High Country! I had the mushroom burger which was FANTASTIC. I also had the cornbread side which was great. My son enjoyed the grilled cheese and my husband his burger. Our server was sweet, helpful and attentive. Everything was great! Not inexpensive by any means, but worth a once-in-a-while meal!
