Experience a culinary explosion by enjoying mouth-watering food at the Hideaway Kitchen. In the small town of Boroughbridge between Harrogate and York you will find this hidden gem with its cosy indoor dining, beer garden and homewares shop. Co-founders Georgina and Amelia along with head chef Ben, translate their passions, memories and emotions gained from their experiences as chefs, business owners and a love for family, into honest, simple and thoughtful creations. Open 7 days a week as a gourmet cafe during daytime hours and from 5.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays offering a selection of small plates.

Another fabulous evening at the Hideaway Kitchen Boroughbridge. Gorgeous food. We shared a selection of extremely delicious small plates. Despite being June it was cold outside and the fire was on, so it was really cozy and welcoming - a really good vibe and the staff were just brilliant. Highly recommend. We’ll be back very soon.

Visiting Harrogate for the weekend, brilliant venue for date night with my partner. Wonderful, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Recommended 🤩 - We finally got round to going to The Hideaway Kitchen for food last night. Would really recommend it. We had a lovely sourdough pizza to share & some small plates, all of which were excellent. Staff were really friendly & food was rounded off with some very well made Negroni’s. I’ll be going back for the Negroni’s alone 🍹

The food was amazing this is the second time I have been and the menu was new offering a wide choice The food we chose was really well presented and very tasty We had a lovely relaxed evening with attentive staff and fabulous food Thank you

Hideaway is such a great atmosphere with all the original features and the new one too. The small plates were amazing and the staff we're too. I would recommend this venue as the new place to be in Boroughbridge. Good luck and I hope the locals will support a local business.
