*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* 60oz A5 Dry Aged Wagyu Tomahawk, served tableside and flaming. The Price of this experience is $400 per Tomahawk and feeds 4- 6 guests. Due to preparation methods, the Tomahawk Experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $150 per Tomahawk deposit required to book the experience. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required on all Tomahawk Experiences. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in loss of deposit.

Great seafood with an excellent view of the city. Service was spot on by Shawn. For dessert, the sweet potatoes mount blanc was delicious and creative.

Very nice view. Cocktails are nice. Food is very good. We had the crudo and tuna tataki as appetizers and had some sushi. Very nice!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a great evening on the terrace one Friday night for drinks and dessert. The view was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food/drinks were delicious. We can’t wait to go back!

The deck outside is great! The vibe feels good. The fingerling potatoes are amazing and the tuna tasted - fishy. Cocktails were meh.

Hello Joel - Thank you for your feedback! We're always looking for ways to improve. Our tuna is always freshly cut to order. For example, that 98lb tuna you mentioned was delivered fresh on Friday afternoon, feel free to check it out on our Instagram. Regarding the pours: all neat or on-the-rocks drinks are served with a 2-ounce pour, while mixed drinks (with soda or juice) are served with 1.5 ounces of liquor. Unless specified otherwise, that standard pour is 2 ounces. The pricing in our system is based on the 1.5-ounce pour, which is why there's an additional charge for the extra ounce in neat or on-the-rocks drinks. Great experience starting with the stunning view. Food was outstanding and the service was top notch! Definitely recommend Hestia for the bedt dining experience

Had been before and the reason we returned. Although this experience was nothing like my first experience. We had a glass break at the table and his finger was cut, while we told them and they took the broken glass, they never offered to replace the drink, or asked told we wanted another one, they never wiped down the table where the glass broke, but did bring a bandaid. Service was not the best, there was one bartender that was great, but he was busy at the bar. Regardless, be sure if you are sitting outside, there is very limited service and if you break a glass be careful. Clean up was not ideal.

The situation with the guest was addressed directly, with medical assistance, and bandages were provided. When asked what he was drinking to offer a replacement, he declined. A follow-up check was made when he returned from the bathroom to ensure everything was ok. The reservation was for dinner, but the decision was made to sit on the uncovered patio for drinks. During the colder evenings this area is not staffed with a dedicated server. Instead, the bar team assists, and last night 3 bartenders were working hard to manage all guests. The patio remains open for those who prefer to sit outside in colder weather. A busser was asked to wipe down the patio area, we apologize this was not done thoroughly. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to provide clarity on the situation.

Issue with table close to sushi bar. Waitstaff cutting in between tables. It was annoying

Server was not very attentive..Sushi was good.. if you want to spend a fair amount of money and see men wearing baseball caps backwards then this is your place… Not mine!!
