*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* 60oz A5 Dry Aged Wagyu Tomahawk, served tableside and flaming. The Price of this experience is $400 per Tomahawk and feeds 4- 6 guests. Due to preparation methods, the Tomahawk Experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $150 per Tomahawk deposit required to book the experience. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required on all Tomahawk Experiences. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in loss of deposit.

We have a 15-minute grace period for all Omakase reservations. All Omakase will incur a 20% gratuity. 24-hour cancellation policy or your deposit is forfeited. What a fantastic restaurant! We shared 3 appetizers for 4 of us. Each couple ordered 2 rolls. Excellent food! Next time I'm eating appetizers! They were absolutely outstanding!

The ambiance was wonderful. We were a little underwhelmed by the potstickers, but the sushi was great. Our server, Toni, was phenomenal and attentive. It was a nice date night.

We sat outside and it was great weather. Excellent service from the staff; she provided alternative options for us (plant based) and we had a great start to Virgo Season!!

First time at Hestia - we absolutely loved it. The best sushi so far in Charlotte and an amazing view. We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere was nice. The view was beautiful. The food was great, but it was over price. I will not recommend dessert. The waiter and staff is wonderful

Loved Hestia. The short rib pot stickers were outstanding! Then we shared the Wagyu beef entre and the Hestia roll. Wait staff were terrific and the rooftop was beautiful.

We did the Omakase experience and it was great. It’s pricey, for sure, but the quality was very good.

Outside Cocktail Service was great. When we were seated inside our server was initially very attentive. After she took our order no one came back to check on us to see how things were or if we needed anything else. Considering there was a two server team taking care of us it was disappointing.
