Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

Overall a very good dinner, undeniably. The ambiance was sophisticated and pleasant. The hospitality was some of the best I've had. Hands down the best halibut I've ever had! There were a couple decisions made during my meal that I didn't understand, but that's more nit picky of me than anything. I would still absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I would go again next time I'm in town!

Some of the best food and flavor combinations I have ever had! Service is top notch and made my wife and I feel very special for our anniversary dinner.

The dishes were all beautiful, sadly that was the only highlight. The flavors and ingredients just didn’t work together. It’s clear that the chef is striving for a Michelin star, but just mixing nonsensical random ingredients does not come close in my opinion. Did I mention everything was overly salty? I’d pass on this one

I had high hopes for this experience as the reviews were all very good. I got a napkin that smelled like wet rags and I had to go wash my hands after because I kept smelling it around the table (which I totally understand that it happens sometimes and restaurants use a service etc) but it ruined the experience to be honest. Then my soda was extremely flat for some reason and had to get another one. The food was thought through in terms of ingredients and sourcing but truthfully not great with the presentation and very unbalanced. The lions Mane mushroom plate was overpriced for what it was and the presentation / texture of the dish did not meet expectations and fell short. The chicken was rubbery and the cabbage was slimey. The beets, however, were excellent. I’ve had a lot of wonderful experiences at different fine dining restaurants around Austin and this just seemed like they needed to iron out a few more things. Or perhaps I came on an off night. Overall not bad but likely not somewhere I would rush to make a reservation for

The first time we visited the restaurant, we had an exceptional experience. This time we had a woman server who provided poor service and seemed like she was having a bad day (or maybe life). She rarely came by, she didn’t fill the wine glasses regularly, and she had a bit of an intolerant undertone. Also, the food just missed the mark on some of the dishes. Not a great birthday celebration as we were so hopeful we would have a great experience like the first time.

Had dinner at the bar. The bartenders were lovely, interesting, attentive and overall amazing. My friend and I enjoyed caviar, martinis, beef crudo and crème brûlée that was the best I’ve ever tasted. We had to order one more just to make sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4th time spending our anniversary here and it’s always so special. Favorite romantic spot in town! Keep killing it.

What an enjoyable evening - we did the tasting menu, and everything was delicious except for the melon dishes... service was exceptional, pacing of the meal was perfect... we did a cocktail and then a bottle of wine instead of the wine pairings... would highly recommend and will definitely go back when in Austin again!
