Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

Join us at Hestia to ring in the New Year! We will be offering a prefixe menu at $215 and wine pairings at $135 will be available. Please note, our a la carte menu will not be available. All checks will include a gratuity of 20%. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions. Call us at 512.333.0737 with any questions!

We were thrilled with the incredible food and even more impressed by the service per usual. I was happy to take my family there and celebrate Christmas early with you all last night! Alexis and his team or fabulous!

We had a really great experience at Hestia. The staff was phenomenal and accomodating. The food was delicious and it was great to learn about all of the dishes we were eating. We would highly recommend the tasting menu. We were pleasantly full by the end of the meal, and it was great to try all of the dishes. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful. Accommodating to requests. I wanted the sirloin but not keen on the pepper overload. The ribeye had a blue cheese, squash side. Jason quickly offered to change it up. Many recommendations and help in navigating the menu. Sommelier very helpful in picking a wine that was aligned with our experience in traveling and tasting various regions around the world. We will be back!

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. From start to finish, damn near everything was perfect!!! Had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Each dish was exquisite. The wine paired beautifully. The service was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Favorites included: the blue corn tostada, the scallop, the halibut, just to name a few. Only criticism would be the very final dish. It was an extra dessert. Didn't quite get the combination of flavors, as well there was too much ice cream for my liking. But that by no means took away from the meal. Again, from start to finish, it was sooooo good!!! I highly recommend this place and would love to go back if ever I'm in Austin again.
