Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

Five stars aren’t enough! We celebrated our anniversary and everything was perfect. Our server had great attention to detail and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all questions. We will be back soon!

I have never had even a remotely poor experience at Hestia. The food is excellent and the staff are absolutely some of the most fantastic humans; helpful with recommendations and just generally fun to banter with.

This is by far my favorite experience in Austin by a long shot. I did the tasting menu accompanied by wine pairing. The experience was amazing and the surprise items not listed on the menu were even better. I would recommend this experience to any foodie!

Outstanding food and service. Bread service and Scallops are to die for. Halibut, pork chop, and chicken were wonderful. Wine selections and pairings we spot on

Everything about our experience at Hestia Bar was excellent. We were treated with extra special service for our anniversary, and the entire bar staff is top notch. Thank you for such a special night!!

My dining experience at Hestia was great. I made reservations for our anniversary. Upon arriving every single employee, from the host, waiter, bus boy, to the manager knew it was our anniversary and congratulated us on two years. They staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We informed the waiter that we were sober, and in doing so he brought us specially made mocktails as a gift. I will be coming back, and recommending to anyone that’ll listen.

First time visit. Sat in the garden area which was perfect. Inside the restaurant it was SO noisy so the out of doors was gorgeous and quiet. The music was a little loud for conversation but we got used to it. The server was outstanding and all of the staff was very, very attentive and explained everything so well. They really made the experience perfect. The food was tasty but not seasoned to my taste. I'm used to bold flavors and everything was pretty mild. We sampled dishes from the tasting menu (bites, appetizers, sides, bread and entre). I'm not sure I will be back. Although the ambiance and service were perfection, I would never want to be seated inside (noise) and I left feeling that a little somthing was missing (food).
