It disappointing that it seemed to be a massive produced meal. Didn't receive any cranberry sauce and never seen our server after he took our order. Asked for horseradish and got some soupy sauce that was sweet.

The Thanksgiving feast at HH was outstanding from starter to dessert. Absolutely delicious! We were blessed to have Ema for our server, and she has been our favorite server for several years. Very professional, attentive, and her kind, loving personality always makes us feel very special! Thankful for HH this Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful experience on Thanksgiving, from service to food, it was excellent. This is our 3rd year and it is a perfect way to spend our holiday.

We had just been to the Hereford house with some friends about a month ago and the food was excellent. We decided to take my wife's dad for Veteran's Day and was very disappointed. My father in-law had the prime rib special and it was extremely tough making it difficult for him to chew. My son ordered the filet medallions with blue cheese sauce. He received the wrong order. They quickly brought out a replacement which had a hair in it. They remade the order which he did not receive until everyone was finished. It was very good except for the cheesy potatoes were not cooked completely. The whiskey medallions were ok but not exceptional. Our experience with the Hereford house is that it runs hot and cold. Last night it was cold. Our server was great. The kitchen was slow. They were very busy and maybe that was the problem. I will not be going back any time soon.

We had a delicious prime rib dinner and our waiter Austin was outstanding. Thank you HH for honoring my husband for his 24 years of service to our country on Veteran's Day with a generous complimentary meal.

The waiter was great but the prime rib was so tough and full of gristle. The mashed potatoes were great. And, don’t ever order the meatloaf, nasty.
