Billy joel concert on so must have known it would have been busy took over an hour to get food . Not enough staff If u knew chef was struggling why accept people that hadn't booked . Doubt I'll be coming back

Never been before waited over 1.5 hours for food which was cold and of poor standard when arrived. Certainly won’t be going back!! Not at all impressed!

It took over an hour to get the food out to us and when it did arrive, some meals were frozen and the steaks were overcooked so much you could not cut through them.

My confirmed booking was cancelled by the venue about an hour after the confirmation was received leaving me with very little time to arrange an alternative. Very poor service

No-one greeted us on arrival. Very short staffed, management not informed of a show next door. Tables not cleared. Sticky tables, a couple cleaned their own. Dreadful wait for service, had to go to the bar to buy own drinks. No starter when ordered, no main, had to change order, food just edible terrible advert for company, won't be going back.

Food took a while to come and the air con was freezing! Polite staff and food was nice

Busy bar with people eating before going to show at new theatre. Waitress a bit pushy telling us to order before the expected rush and bringing the bill when we hadn't finished our desserts, very presumptuous But generally good value for money and atmosphere

Booked a table for three and got a confirmation booking email. Then after arranging to meet my friends there I got an email from Henry’s saying that they would have to change my booking to a different time. I booked the time so we could get to a show on time. The new time was not suitable ( to late ). Henry’s did not seem to care saying that I had only requested a table and it was not a confirmation booking. I sent them my confirmation booking email I received and they sent another email saying they had cancelled my booking. Not pleased at all.
