Appetizers of Hen wings and fried crepe were very good Soup entrees were disappointing with flavorless rice noodles, inedible liver slices and bland broth My Negroni arrived without the Campari and had to be reformatted Attractive furnishings but the food would not encourage us to drive 20 minutes to dine there again

Great food, great drinks and a great vibe. The price is also spot on. The owner is friendly and personable and always makes you feel Welcome.

Beautiful place. Easy parking. Our waiter Chis, was excellent, but staffing problems, which Chis told us about, were obvious. They don't offer print menus unless requested and the print menus are outdated regarding content and pricing. The menu is extensive and viewing it on an iPhone is difficult, especially if you need reading glasses. Also AC made it a bit chilly for our tastes. Very nice, creative cocktails, but they came after our apps. Entrees were very good but ask about how hot and spicy each item is. I suggested the wait staff should advise guests and offer the option of "less spicy" for certain items. They seem to be doing good business and we'd come back.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Hên! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back again soon!!

Took an hour for food to arrive. Most platters were room temperature at best. Restaurant temperature was quite cold. Most folks were bundled up Think this is a one and done

Real mixed feelings about Hen, the food was good although we each had the summer rolls and Pho so we didn't do a real taste test What we did not like. The whole menu situation scanning a QR code and reading a menu on my phone may be hip but it is not condusive to ordering or the restaurant experience. I understand why they do it I just won't use it A $20 grey goose martini in Neptune seriously! If there was a menu that showed a price we would not have ordered this drink. Service was average neither poor nor exceptional. I realize that they just had their grand opening but I think they need to address some things. Bottom line we would like to try more of their food and will but without improvements I can't see a sustainable relationship

Great food. Still having new restaurant issues (fall 2024) with service. The air conditioning was freezing and they apologized that they couldn’t turn it off. Very loud thumping dance music - difficult to have a conversation.

My wife and I had dinner here once before and it was a really good experience. Coming back, I was excited to enjoy another good meal and experience. Making a reservation and getting a table was a good and easy process. After that - the service was poor at best. Our server was very overwhelmed. Barely checked on us. We told him things we didn’t want as part of our meal and just said, uh huh..yea, but clearly ignored us as our meals were wrong. Besides that, the restaurant had the a/c blasting. It was literally freezing and it was already cold outside, so I didn’t understand why it was even on. I’m not sure if that was a tactic to get customers out more quickly or not, but it made it for an unpleasant dining experience. Only saving grace - was my food was delicious minus it having mushrooms when I asked for it not be included.
