Second time visiting for dinner. Will go back for brunch one day. Both times my servers were great.

We've been to the Hen Quarter Prime on a few occasions and each time it has been different (Brunch ends at 2 pm; Brunch ends at 3 pm; Brunch ends at 4 pm). I actually wanted to eat off the menu and found out that I could not until after 4 pm Sunday. The Brunch does not give me much to eat for $70.00 and the chicken that I could eat has been so salty! When I got it off the buffet, it was dry, but Bobby, the manager, quickly went to the kitchen and brought back a nice hot and tasty piece of chicken. Since it was after 4:00 pm, I ordered from the menu a 2 piece chicken meal for my husband. By the time I got home, he could not eat the chicken because it was too salty. I'm not sure it is worth the money or effort. However, our waitress, Lala was funny and pleasant.

Wonderful restaurant and staff in a great, scenic location! I’m usually not a fan of buffet-style eating, but Hen Quarter Prime gets an A+ for cleanliness, delicious food options, and well-attended stations.

My Husband really enjoyed the different food options. My favorite was the seafood pasta. His favorite was the jambalaya. Big Kudos to our Server, Cordell. Simply Wonderful. We shall return and tell others. A grab bowl for mints would be a plus. Thanks again, Mrs. Tabitha L. Sesson

From the greeting at the front door to the service received at the bar to the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, it was an amazing experience. The brunch buffet was awesome and all the food selections were delicious. The seafood bar with the ice sculpture is the star of the show. The crab legs were cooked perfectly, oysters were delicious and spiced shrimp were divine. Oh, let’s not forget those southern biscuits with the honey butter…. they were yummy! This was my first time dining and I’ll definitely be returning.

Recently dined with a party of 6. Service was impeccable. Food was average for DC, presentation was beautiful drinks -delicious. Parking … ugh it’s DC take rideshare

It was just okay. The food compared to the other brunch locations was just okay. I would visit again but not for brunch. The amount of food vs the amount I paid was not at all equal. Over priced and not worth it

I think the food was pricey especially when you add in the bottomless mimosas. I didn't really feel this was a $115 per person experience( including tax and tip). Not to say that the food wasn't good or the experience was bad, just saying that it's probably about $40 overpriced compared to similar experiences.

Our server Tia was outstanding! She was so charming, attentive and really wanted to make certain we had a great experience. Our drinks were delicious and we enjoyed our appetizers and dessert (Fried Green Tomatoes and Apple Brown Betty!) Tia sought feedback on all dishes served. Our least favorite dish was the crab soup that my husband ordered and I tasted. It was really salty and just did not stand up. Tia made sure we were not charged for this dish. Over all highly recommend and would return when we come back to town!
